Try this PE challenge at home.
A new challenge for families during lockdown.
The first PE challenge includes the following:
10 x Burpees
10 x Sit-Ups
10 x Push Ups
Some exercises you can do inside or outside – these are called strength exercises, which you can do together with your family in the garden or in a lounge or room inside.
Take 10 minutes (or more!) to play a game with someone in your family today – soccer, hockey or anything that includes running around.
It’s always a good idea to get your blood flowing – even if you have a small space! If you don’t have a garden or a driveway, see if you can do 50 jumping jacks.
Something for girls and boys to practice at home – hand-eye co-ordination with the hockey stick and ball.
